ConvertKit hired Claire in 2022 to work as the fractional editorial manager for Tradecraft, the ConvertKit publication that provides the creator economy with must-read insights and educational content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the production of multiple content assets, including blog posts, case studies, and creator profiles, ensuring seamless workflows and whip-fast publication

  • Lead editor of blog content, Creator Stories, and case studies

  • Providing editorial feedback and coaching to ConvertKit’s team of freelance writers

  • Brief creation and management while liaising with a global team of creatives

  • Partnering with the SEO team on various projects and initiatives

  • Building and maintaining editorial style guides
